The LYA Retreat

 

​The vision in creating this work is to provide artists an opportunity to take time out to re-focus, re-generate and refresh. The LYA Retreat will be offered several times throughout the year. This is a series of workshops designed to give artists an opportunity to define their dreams, create a realistic self-inventory of strengths and resources, while networking in a safe and supportive space.

 

Each artist will have an opportunity to create strategies and action plans tailored to each individual situation by participating in master level classes, career building workshops and panel discussions, as well as audition for directors, choreographers, music producers, and agents in the Entertainment Industry. As a director, writer, actress, and master teacher, Ms. Willis has contacts in all areas of the entertainment field. She has an identity in the world as "a woman that makes things happen on a large scale". Several of her mentors and colleagues will be invited to give special workshops.
